You will be part of the StavPay operation team, which acts as an extension of our clients’ middle-office. This role involves supporting the day-to-day accounting operations and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance and standardize processes.

Stavtar Off-Campus Hiring Key Responsibilities

1. Process accounting tasks efficiently and accurately for assigned clients.
2. Coordinate with IT and clients to enhance reporting and automate processes.
3. Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients and team members.
4. Maintain service level agreements and client delivery summaries.
5. Update desk procedures, process manuals, and process maps.
6. Identify and resolve exceptions and variances in accounting records.
7. Participate in special projects to improve accounting operations and reporting.
8. Handle reconciliation, reporting, and payment processes.

Stavtar Off-Campus Hiring Essential Qualification

1. Fresh graduate or postgraduate specialized in Finance and Accounting with 65% or above.
2. Final project completed in Finance & Accounting.
3. Certification in advanced Excel.
4. Proficiency in MS Office suite.
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
6. Ability to work independently with minimal direction.

Stavtar Off-Campus Hiring Desirable Qualifications

1. Energetic and enthusiastic personality.
2. Experience or certification in accounting software tools is a plus.
