Ministry of Law and Justice, Government of India has released an advertisement about Internship with Ministry of Law and Justice 2017. The candidates who have required educational qualification, should not miss this golden opportunity. The Ministry of Law and Justice is going to appoint young and enthusiastic candidates under Internship in Legislative Department.
The candidates can get experience in Internship and learn about their work. The Government of India has set up two sessions of Internship for the candidates having law qualification. The candidates who apply from January to April months, will be considered for Summer Internship and the candidates who apply from May to September months, will be considered for Winter Internship.
The Legislative Department is inviting Application Form from for Voluntary Internship Scheme for Law Students in ILDR. The candidates who will be selected for Internship by Ministry of Law and Justice, will have to work in Institute of Legislative Drafting and Research. The maximum time period of Internship will be six weeks only.
Internship with Ministry of Law and Justice 2017
The Ministry of Law and Justice has two segments of Internship in Institute of Legislative Drafting and Research (ILDR). The Internship is arranged to create interest in Legislative Drafting as a profession and improve candidates’ Drafting Skills. The Legislative Department wishes to enhance candidates’ knowledge and understanding about functioning of Department.

The candidate must be an Indian Citizen to apply for this Internship.
The candidate must be in 4th or 5th year of Five Year Integrated Course in Law or in the Final year of Three Year Bachelor’s Degree Law Course at any recognized university.
Duration of Internship:
The candidates will be appointed for Internship of Four to Six Weeks duration at Institute of Legislative Drafting and Research.
The candidates will NOT be paid any Stipend, Remuneration or anything during the period of Internship.
Process of Selection:
Selection of candidate for Internship will be based on their Academic Marks. The ILDR Board will give preference to those candidates who have studied (or are studying) Legislative Drafting as a subject.
Certificate of Internship:
The Institute of Legislative Drafting and Research will give Certificate of Internship to every candidate who will successfully complete the Internship training at ILDR.

- Download the Notification as PDF and read it carefully.
- Find Application Form at bottom of Notification and take printout of it.
- Fill up the hard copy of Application Form with necessary details.
- Attach required documents copies and a brief note in less than 250 words about Your Interest in Legislative Drafting.
- Send the Application Form to ILDR, Legislative Department Address.
